I had an absolutely delightful experience with Bethany Family Dental. I walked in with high anxiety and walked out feeling so much calmer, and relaxed. Dr. Holden explained everything to me so sweetly, which helped calm my nerves. Her assistant was equally delightful as was her entire staff there. Thank you for making my dental experience a relaxing one♡♡♡♡

I did not handle this procedure well due to a mast cell genetic condition I have, and this office was more than accommodating. They stopped when I had to rest and take a break, gave me more pain meds when needed, administered some gas to calm my overly sensitive nervous system, and I now have on my chart that they will inform me of any procedure ahead of time that will possibly be invasive. This way I can take meds to prepare my mast cells in advance, so I am not so hyperreactive. I highly recommend this office for their exemplary work and compassion in a difficult situation.

Every experience I have had here from simple cleanings, to a mouth splint for grinding, to receiving a crown has been exceptional. The front desk staff is amazing, their billing team is so transparent, responsive, and their follow through is high touch. Dr. Holden might literally be the best dentist I have ever seen from their bed side manner to their thoughtful treatment plans and the work itself has me leaving every appointment confident and cared for.

Staff members are really nice. The receptionist remembers the patients names. The dental hygienists are gentle and nice. They don’t make you feel bad about the condition of your teeth, but rather offer helpful advice and make it easy to schedule appointments. This office also has dental cleaning and insurance plans through them directly if you don’t have dental insurance. It’s more affordable this way and they remind you about your cleanings.

Vist was fine. However, my dentist that I joined the clinic to see—the one that I have had for quite some time is no longer there. I think it would have been respectful for them to notify us of his moving. It was not an issue for this appointment because there were no doctors in the clinic at all last week, only hygienists. I checked the website and my preferred dentist is no longer listed so this appears planned. I found him elsewhere via web search. Guess I’m moving.

Excellent dental care and services. I had been a client with the clinic for 30 years. Today teeth cleaning and check up are excellent as always. Everyone in that clinic deserves a raise for going beyond the expectation. Thank you BFD.
