NW Portland TenderCare Dental

I recently switched over to TenderCare dental from a different dentist in the area. I've been very happy with my experience because the dentist, Dr. Thompson, did not push me to complete any procedures that I didn't want or need to do. He also took the time to explain to me everything that he was doing and why they were doing it, which I really appreciated as someone who has dental anxiety. The hygienist also did a very thorough job! They also gave us two Target gift cards for a referral bonus which was really neat. I definitely recommend this dentist.

I had a really great experience at this dental office from start to finish. The dental assistant was excellent during my X-rays—very professional, efficient, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They explained what they were doing and made the process quick and easy. Dr. Carter was incredibly thorough and detailed during the exam. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel confident about my dental health and any next steps. It didn’t feel rushed at all, which I really appreciated. Taylor, the hygienist, did an amazing job during my cleaning. They were super gentle while still being very efficient, making the whole experience comfortable and smooth. My teeth felt great afterward! Overall, the entire team was friendly, attentive, and professional. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for high-quality dental care.

About a year ago, I went to see Dr Thompson atTender care dental off of Saltzman Road. I had a badly abscessed tooth and called their office and they were able to get me in the next day to evaluate. Since then I had my tooth pulled, a bone graft done a post put in to my mandible, and a new tooth put on. This of course takes many months to get completed, And I am very happy with the expertise and care that I was given. I also have had my teeth cleaned , and had a couple of fillings in my teeth done, and feel all the staff is very good, and has good communication skills.

Highly recommend! This office is so kind and professional, and on top of that their care is amazing. I always trust that they have my best interest in mind when recommending treatment.

Had my first visit today. Office was running 0n time. I got a cleaning and X-rays. Alissa did a nice job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Carter did a good job of explaining the work I should have done. Very nice, quiet and modern office. I look forward to my next cleaning.

The TenderCare Team headed by Dr. Thompson and Dr. Seeger are the absolute GREATEST! They have the kindest and most supportive staff any business could hope for. Not only are they consummate professionals, but they truly do have their patients' best interests at heart! My family and I have been trusting them for over 20 years and forever thankful for their care every step of the way!

Thankful for an honest and fair priced dental office. Great staff and really helpful with any question that comes up. I never looked forward to my dental appointments until I came here. truly a 10/10 experience from day 1.
