I wanted to take a moment to share how wonderful my experience has been at your office. From the moment I walk in, I’m always greeted by such friendly, professional, and helpful staff. The office workers truly make a difference — they are welcoming, organized, and always willing to answer questions or help however they can. I’m also incredibly grateful to the dentist Dr Bilge Adsay-Erdem for being so kind, patient, and thorough. Everything is explained clearly, and I always feel comfortable and well cared for during my visits. It’s clear that there’s a genuine commitment to patient comfort and quality care. Thank you all for creating such a positive and stress-free environment. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend your office to anyone looking for outstanding dental care. This clinic is the worst I've ever been to. I provided them with all the required documents and paperwork, but when my son and I arrived, they told me they needed to provide additional proof. I don't understand why they hadn't prepared anything in a week. My son missed two days of school, and nothing was done at the clinic; he wasted two whole days. The receptionist was also arrogant and gossiped behind my back. I don't recommend taking your son to this dental clinic; it's not a first choice.

This was my first visit to this office. The visit was for my mother who has severe dental problems. She was treated by everyone with so much care, respect, and dignity which put her and I at ease. Thank you so much for treating my mother with so much consideration!

Simply AMAZING! Can’t stress this enough. This was the best decision I ever made. The doctors + the staff are all wonderful. I’ve been coming here since I was pregnant with my now 5yr old. Now he comes here too. They’re so gentle and caring with my boy. Couldn’t ask for better bedside manner. I live two towns over but as someone who previously worked in the medical field I can honestly say good people and quality health care is hard to come by. I just went to the dentist, I really like this place. The dentist and assistance are very nice people welcoming. And they informed me on things I needed to work on, which is nice to know. They are very helpful.

My daughter had an appointment there and she is afraid of the dentist but they made her feel comfortable. I love this place because everyone is so kind and friendly, they are gentle and make you feel safe. Highly recommend!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the experience my son and I had at your clinic. Prior to our visit, I ensured that all required documents and paperwork were submitted as requested. However, upon arrival, I was informed that additional proof was needed. This was both unexpected and frustrating, particularly given that there had been ample time—over the course of a week—for your office to review and communicate any outstanding requirements in advance. As a result of this lack of preparation, my son missed two days of school, yet no treatment or meaningful progress was made during our visits. This not only caused unnecessary disruption to his education but also resulted in a significant waste of time for both of us. Additionally, I was disappointed by the unprofessional behavior displayed at the front desk. The receptionist’s demeanor came across as dismissive and, at times, inappropriate, which further added to an already negative experience. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and review your administrative processes and staff conduct to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.
