AlI the staff at Smile Dental are very friendly and accommodating. I am so thankful to Dr. Jalocha for taking care of my broken lower bridge and explaining to me what needs to be done to fix it. Likewise, am grateful to Lauren, the office manager, for her assistance on the financial side. Overall, it was a great experience at this office and will have them complete my dental needs despite the long drive from my home in the suburbs to their office in NYC.

Dr. Jalocha has been my dentist for the last few years and I think she is great! As someone who has always disliked going to the dentist, I have always felt comfortable at my visits and have had no issues at any of my visits. The last two visits I have had Ashley as my hygienist and she has made me feel at ease with her fun personality and professionalism. I would recommend Smile Central Park to anyone!

I had my first appointment at Smile Central Park, and it went great! From the moment I walked in, I was helped right away, and luckily, there weren’t a ton of new patient forms to fill out. There was also no wait time like you often get at other dentist offices. My hygienist, Ms. Ashley Alba, was amazing—super gentle, kind, and she talked me through the whole cleaning, making sure I was comfortable and pain-free the entire time. The best part was when she took a 3D scan of my teeth for a retainer fitting. Definitely recommend Smile Central Park, and I’ll be coming back again and again!

Richard, the hygienist, was friendly and very detail oriented. A year had passed since my last check-up and cleaning. He took the time to do a deep cleaning and answered my questions. The dentist has completed several crowns for me over the years, and they always fit perfectly.

I love my dentist and hygienist! However the front desk since they have changed to Smile not so much… yesterday when I questioned my bill " Gosh prices have gone up!" the receptionist responded snarkily that is what I paid last time well guess what the customer was correct my bill was indeed $45 less the last time(4mths ago) . Unfortunately I still had my receipt at home. Debating whether or not to go back again.

Had an appointment scheduled first thing in the morning the day after a blizzard. Arrived on time, only to find the practice closed. They did not bother to call and cancel that day’s appointments, or even to send out electronic cancellation notices. In fact, I had woken up to an appointment reminder text that morning. I left a voicemail saying I was standing outside the locked door waiting for my appointment—it has been two days and they have yet to call me back to apologize or offer to rebook me (which I won’t be doing as I’ve already located a new dentist).

I recently had a teeth whitening session with Ashley, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, friendly, and made the entire process comfortable. Ashley took the time to explain everything, making sure I felt at ease throughout the procedure. My teeth look noticeably whiter and brighter, and I left the appointment feeling more confident than ever. Highly recommend Ashley if you're looking for a top-notch whitening experience!
