Grams Family Dental

Legacy patient of former Dentist. Dr. Jessica Graham recently took over this practice and had my first experience with her. I had to have crown work done, Dr. Jessica explained options, timeframe, approximate cost, and answered all of my questions prior to my time in dental Chair. She is an extremely experienced and knowledgeable Dentist with exceptional skills. Exceeded expectations. Have always had great customer service at this location as senior office manager Rachel understands my needs, very pleasant over the phone, correctly navigates insurance and other needs. Easy to find location, lots of parking, and parking lot always plowed when there’s snow and no ice. **** Highly recommend this Dentist based on Dr. Jessica Grahms and her exceptional staff.

The staff is friendly. helpful. attentive to detail. They don't hear you, they Leason to you and hear what you are saying. Over these last few years, I have been more that satisfied with the Dr. Putney, his dental assistants and hands on helpers. They all are genuinely concerned about everyone's dental needs and overall health. I highly recommend their services. H

Dr Grams is a new provider since Dr Putney will be retiring at some point. Most of the staff is the same. They have been prompt on appointments and would highly recommend!

Had my first visit under Dr. Grams care. My appointment was on time and the front of the office team called me by name, had my file ready and were as pleasant as they always are. My cleaning could not have gone more smoothly. Dr. Grams was very professional and worked well with the other office staff. Could not have been better. Highly recommend.

Filling came off front tooth. Called, got me in two days later. Doctor Grans worked hard to clean up area and fill it. Great doctor, great employees and just overall wonderful experience.

As a former dental hygienist, I had high expectations for Dr. Grams Dental Practice and she did not disappoint me. I already knew that Dr. Putney was an outstanding dentist and saw first hand the beautiful restorations he did, but Dr. Grams was new to me. On my first visit to her office, I was greeted with enthusiasm by the receptionist and Dr. Putney also came out to greet me. The dental assistant who took my x-rays did an excellent job and even showed me a few techniques I could have used in my former workplace. Dr. Grams gave a very thorough exam, and I was very happy to have made the decision to come to her office. My overall impression was Wow! The office really worked at being a great team.
