Beaumont Family Dentistry at Hamburg

The staff were courteous and helpful. The doctor provided some alternatives to resolve my tooth cavity. She was also courteous and helpful. The only frustration I experienced was being sent to a specialist who told me, they had told someone at Beaumont who set my consultation, they didn’t take my insurance because it doesn’t provide coverage for the procedure which is needed. So, I talked with my insurance carrier about alternative dental plans, including providers, which would cover the procedure. I liked my experience with Beaumont Dental.

This is the best dental experience I have ever had . Every aspect from arrival to departure. Super professional. Explained and verified everything. All staff was just tremendous. I am so impressed with these people ; just amazing. I do hate going to the dentist but these people made it so easy and accommodating. They are the best !!

I used to be so scared of going to the dentist. I needed gas to get my teeth cleaned. I have been going to Beaumont Family Dentistry since I think 2017 and now I almost fall asleep during My cleanings ( I schedule them first thing in the morning and do not drink coffee until after the cleaning) the point is they are really great! They have made such a difference for me! I highly recommend them!!

Staff were very courteous. Everything was explained to me, so that I could understand. I was very pleased with the prices also. Looking forward to my next appointment. I would highly recommend.

So kind and made me feel comfortable. The assistant explained every step of the experience. The doctor was very knowledgeable. The financial person was very detailed when going over prices.

There’s a reason they’re booked out six months—the wait is absolutely worth it. The entire team is extremely professional, gentle, fast, and most importantly, incredibly efficient. At no point did I feel pressured or upsold the way I have at other dental offices. They gave me exactly what I needed and even created a clear treatment plan for me while cleaning my teeth. I genuinely felt cared for and well taken care of. Highly recommended.
