Very efficient and effective. They really work with you on your schedule and your needs. Really great team there. I completed my treatment within 9 months and everything was amazing; happy with results. I highly recommend.

I started my Invisalign treatment at the Harlem office in June 2025 and I followed it perfectly, to the letter! At the end of 2025, I moved to Forest Hills and requested to be transferred to this office. Since then, every time I go, everything is a mess: they tell me they already gave me retainers with a certain number when that’s not true, the numbering they give me never makes sense, and the system now shows that my treatment will last two years when at the end of 2025 I was told it would only last one year because my teeth were not crowded. The Orthodontist is always in a rush and they never clearly explain what is going on. They need to improve the quality control of the whole treatment and what they provide to their patients. I have the impression that my treatment is taking longer because they keep mixing up the trays they’re supposed to give me.

Always professional staff and they provide a payment plan if need be. They always try to work with your schedule for appointments. I'm very satisfied after completing my treatment. This iaa also a very clean spacious environment.

Excellent everything was pleasant. The staff was very friendly. There was no long wait. My son started his first treatment and I was very pleased with the outcome.
